Board staff told the Hannas they would receive their permit in two weeks and that the permit would require renewal in three years.
The permit was approved without public opposition recorded at the meeting; the board did not identify outstanding violations or additional conditions at the time of the vote.
The applicants were instructed to expect the issuance timeline provided by staff and to follow renewal procedures in three years.
