Scott Baldwin listed providers and their general locations: AccessAbilities (Greensburg), Cheba (Pittsburgh), Adam Brooks (New Castle), Lawrence County ARC (New Castle), Community Care Connections (Butler), Global Wordsmiths (Pittsburgh), New Human Services (New Castle), LifeSteps, Peak Potential Therapy Solutions LLC (Northfield, Ohio), Positive Steps Therapy (Butler), Pediatric Therapy Professionals (New Castle), RehabLengths (Delmont), SOAR Pediatrics (location not specified in packet) and Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf (Pittsburgh). Commissioners asked no substantive questions and approved the set of contracts by roll call (three yes votes recorded). Baldwin reiterated that no county general funds are used for these entitlements; payment is driven by client eligibility and state/federal program rules.
