COA elects first and second vice chairs; chair stays for another year

At the meeting the chair explained a proposed leadership plan: because the prior vice chair stepped down, the chair recommended creating first and second vice-chair positions so newer officers could gain experience for a potential future chair transition. The board voted to create the two positions and then voted to elect the chair to continue in that role for another year, to name Sumalini as first vice chair and Helen as second vice chair.
