The Town of Millis Planning Board accepted the minutes of its Oct. 7, 2025 meeting and discussed scheduling future meetings and the upcoming fall town meeting during its Oct. 21 special meeting.

A board member moved to accept the Oct. 7 minutes “as written”; that motion was seconded and carried with the chair abstaining because he said he was not present at the Oct. 7 meeting. The planning board also discussed meeting dates in November and agreed, tentatively, to meet Dec. 9, 2025, pending any applications that may require a special meeting. Staff reminded board members that the fall annual town meeting would include items of public interest, including a proposed school project and other planning-related warrant articles.

After completing administrative business, a member moved to adjourn; the motion carried and the board adjourned for the evening.
