Developer eyes Lee Center School site for 6–8 single-family homes; county monitors Strong Communities grant projects

Jeremy said county staff will review completed projects, determine leftover funds and discuss whether remaining funds should be used in unincorporated areas or with municipalities that have expressed interest.
No formal action or votes were taken on the Lee Center School site or on Strong Communities grant allocations at the meeting; the committee asked staff to continue work on guidelines and funding allocations and to report back with additional details.
