Town staff said the HPR had been reviewed by both town counsel and the Massachusetts Historical Commission. The only substantive change since the board’s June preliminary review is that the holder of the restriction will be a Wisconsin trust rather than the Nantucket Preservation Trust; staff recommended approval.
A board member moved to approve the HPR as presented; another board member seconded. The board approved the item by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
