The Routt County Board of County Commissioners approved accounts payable warrants totaling $856,448.66 and approved the meeting’s consent agenda during its Oct. 21 regular meeting.
County staff listed several items of note in the accounts payable packet, including $7,325 to Alpine Aggregates for shoulder material on County Road 14, $320,009.72 in paving retainage to Oak Castle Southwest Group, $60,000 in closing fees related to a purchase-of-development-rights project for Colorado Cattlemen’s Agriculture, and $61,989 to TST Incorporated for referral reviews. Townscapes Advisors received $33,343 as owner’s representative work on the terminal project; The Wintz Group was paid $26,885 for preconstruction work on the terminal project. Eanther Valley Medical Center received $11,009.96 for the co-responder program. The packet contained no payroll warrants.
The board then approved the consent agenda, which contained a supplemental budget for clerk and recorder space needs and an unfunded mandate letter. No items were pulled for separate discussion.
Commissioners cast the required voice votes; the meeting record shows the motions carried with all commissioners saying “Aye.”
The actions taken do not include any new ordinances or policy changes; they were approvals of payments and routine consent items.
