A motion to approve the committee’s recommended slate was moved and seconded; the committee chair called for a voice vote and members responded “Aye,” after which the recommendations were approved.
The city clerk’s office will post openings and instructions for applications online at the municipal boards page; interested residents were reminded that the city accepts applications for all boards year‑round.
Details of each recommended appointment — including term start and end dates and eligibility for additional terms — were read into the record during the committee meeting and are included in the minutes for the Oct. 17 meeting.
