The Hanford City Council on Oct. 21 completed two public hearings and adopted resolutions to annex the Stonehaven subdivision into two Community Facilities Districts (CFDs): CFD 2025-1 (public safety services) and CFD 2025-2 (public maintenance services).
Staff said the annexation was a condition of subdivision approval for the residential tract south of Hanford-Armona Road between Twelfth and Thirteenth avenues. Susanna Hernandez of Willdan Financial Services presented financial and ballot details during the public hearings.
