DRC moves into approvals; staff record no comments on two items

After discussing two pre‑application projects, the Development Review Committee moved into the approvals portion of its Oct. 21 meeting. Committee members verbally recorded no comments on two agenda items: Tab C (CSP25‑037, Villages of Amelia Phase 2 A, East Inline) and Tab D (PL25‑011, Wildlife PDP 4 phase 2).
Constance Lake (Building), planning, development services, the health department, fire rescue and the school board each indicated “no comment” for Tab C and again for Tab D. The committee then concluded the meeting.
The committee is an advisory body; the transcript records no formal motion or final approval vote during the meeting minutes provided.
