The Manchester Planning & Zoning Board took the following procedural actions on April 3, 2025:
• Motion to open listed agenda items for public hearing (excluding item for 516 Elm Street, which the applicant requested postponed): motion by Vice Chair Aaron George Kelly; second by Brian Beaupre; approved by the board.
• Postponement: Item for 516 Elm Street (SP2025‑007) was postponed by agreement; staff indicated a date certain of May 15, 2025 for that application.
• SP2025‑005 (37–45 Manchester Street): public hearing opened and then closed following the applicant presentation; hearing to return for decision in two weeks.
• SP2025‑008 (875 Elm Street) and SP2025‑009 (73 Hanover Street): public hearings opened together and continued to April 17, 2025 to allow DPW review and applicant follow‑up.
• Approval of minutes: the board approved the Planning Board minutes of March 6, 2025 (motion by Brian Beaupre; second Aaron George Kelly).
