Board notes continuances and administrative items; several hearings continued to later dates

At the July 3 meeting the board recorded continuances and scheduling: SP2025-007 (516 Elm Street) and SP2025-017 (100 MacGregor Street chiller building) were continued to Aug. 6; the NeighborWorks compliance hearing (PDSP2024-002) was continued to July 17. The board approved minutes and closed several public hearings.

The planning board recorded several procedural actions at the July 3 meeting: the public hearing for SP2025-007 (a continued site plan for a property at 516 Elm Street) was continued to a date certain of Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2025, with no additional abutter notices to be sent. Separately, SP2025-017 (a proposed 4,359-square-foot chiller building at 100 MacGregor Street for Manchester Health Services LLC) was continued to Aug. 6 at the applicant’s request.

The board also continued PDSP2024-002 (NeighborWorks Orange/Pearl Street parking garage architectural compliance) to July 17 for applicant revisions and asked staff to prepare a final report. The board approved the June 18 minutes and handled routine administrative items.
