Manchester planning board postpones S2025-013 after recusal; votes to comment on multiple regional-impact applications

The Manchester Planning & Zoning Board postponed consideration of agenda item S2025-013 after a board member recused himself and voted to ask the Manchester Conservation Commission to comment on several newly filed applications, board members said at the meeting.

Board member John Wickert said, “I cannot. I’ll be recusing myself,” and the board moved the item to a later meeting. Board member Robert Gagne said, “So this will have to be put off until our next meeting. I believe we can address it at the first meeting in November.” The board identified that item S2025-013 will be considered at the Nov. 6 meeting.

In the meeting’s main business, a board member moved that the Planning & Zoning Board receive and act on a list of new applications submitted for public hearing and that the board identify certain applications as potentially having regional impact and warranting comment by the Manchester Conservation Commission.
