Item 7.d is a new RFP award for annual holiday lighting; staff described it as a multi-year contract (three years with two one-year renewals) and noted this is the first time the city has used this contractor under an annual contract. Item 7.e concerns final rankings for an RFQ to select engineering/environmental services for the Sandcastle grant project; staff identified that consultant selection as part of a major grant project.
