Planning commission elects Smith chair, Binecki vice chair, Morey secretary and Choudhury assistant secretary

The Warren City Planning Commission conducted elections for its 2025–26 officers and confirmed the slate by roll call at its Aug. 25 meeting.
Commissioner Smith was elected chair and accepted the position. Commissioner Binecki was elected vice chair and accepted. Commissioner Morey was elected secretary and accepted. Commissioner Choudhury was elected assistant secretary and accepted.
Each position was voted on separately, with commissioners recording their votes by roll call. Planning staff and several commissioners congratulated the officers following the votes.
