The Montgomery County Economic Development Authority received its September treasurer’s report during the meeting and approved both the August and September financial reports.
The treasurer reported that the EDA’s change in net assets for the year shows income of $49,006.95. “Mostly, that's because the contributions from the county that are made at the beginning of the year involved in May,” the treasurer said, summarizing the timing behind the year-to-date increase. The cash-flow statement reflected an increase in cash of “a little less than $50,000,” the treasurer said.
Board members moved and seconded approval of the treasurer’s reports for the two months; the motion passed by voice vote with no recorded dissents. No additional budget details, line-item expenditures, or external funding sources were specified in the meeting record.
