The items were discussed at a public hearing during the committee’s Oct. 21 meeting. Anthony James, an architect for the project, said the applicant seeks to rezone a one-lot parcel adjacent to N3E so it may be used for commercial purposes, and described the intended use as a bakery storefront. "Yes, this is Anthony James. I'm architect for the project. What we're asking for here is a rezoning of a 1 lot adjacent to N 3 E to make that N 3 E so that it can be used for commercial purpose," James said.
