Commissioners and staff asked about protocols to prevent underage access; Mallory said the operation uses bracelets and trained personnel and typically handles 10–15 events per year.
The board voted to recommend approval and recorded the roll call vote in favor. Commissioners thanked Mallory and noted the venue’s history of events and a lack of complaints reported by neighbors.
