Mark Lenfest, owner’s project manager with Left Field, told the committee that Consigli submitted a GMP that “is in review,” and that the district has received the Group 1 full building permit and a terrain alteration permit coordinated with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. He also said the project remains “tracking, on budget.”
