ZBA adjourns multiple hearings to Nov. 10 and one to Dec. 9; one hearing opened and adjourned for Nov. 10

The board approved motions to adjourn the following public‑hearing items to the Nov. 10, 2025 meeting: 105 Albany Street (public hearing remains closed and paperwork pending), 101 South Grand, 100 North Hamilton, 17 South Hamilton (three applications moved together), 22 Pershing Avenue (opened and adjourned after a staff enforcement issue), 121 North Water Street (noted on the agenda as 141 North Water Street; the hearing was opened and adjourned), and 12 Duane Street (public hearing opened and adjourned to allow the applicant to pursue municipal parking permits). The board also adjourned the application for 20 Lexington Avenue to the Dec. 9 meeting.
All routine adjournment motions were approved by voice vote with no recorded oppositions.
The board noted scheduling conflicts around the Nov. 10 date (a Monday meeting for Veterans Day week) and reminded applicants that items listed for Nov. 10 will be heard at that time. Staff said it will prepare draft resolutions only after outstanding documentation is received and after enforcement items (if any) are cleared from the file.
The motions were procedural; no substantive final actions were taken on the adjourned items at the Oct. 14 meeting.
