The commission voted to continue the item so the applicant could appear and respond to questions about why panels could not be relocated or placed out of public view. Staff had recommended approval conditioned on removing or relocating panels that would be visible from the right of way.
The continuance lets the applicant present their shade reports and alternatives in person; staff indicated it would provide the commission with the relevant shading graphics and map views at the next hearing.
