Other approvals included the annual renewal of the Boathouse lease for the Sheriff’s Office on Blackwell Island for $8,670; an appraisal engagement for a property on East Hayden Lake Road for $1,500 with Kerry Vogel; a no-cost contract amendment to MC Squared Inc. to extend deliverables for a boat-garage engineering design project from Oct. 31, 2025, to Jan. 2, 2026; and approval to pay an invoice…
