Land use and procurement items approved included final plat approval for the South Harding Subdivision (Application 202301550) and two interim agreements for Expo Idaho. The board also approved agreements for the Barber Park Education and Event Center and authorized the chair to sign related documents.
The assessor's office reported it is processing Board of Tax Appeals hearings and presented a batch of tax cancellations (described in the meeting as adjustments related to the homeowners exemption). Commissioners approved the tax cancellations as listed on the agenda.
The board approved minutes listed on the agenda and separately approved EMS minutes for Oct. 7, 2025. Commissioners also approved a packet of 18 mostly-renewal agreements (GRAMA-related) and other items listed on the agenda.
