At the start of its special meeting the Town of New Canaan Water Pollution Control Authority approved minutes from its June 10 meeting. A motion to approve the minutes was seconded and recorded as carried; the transcript notes abstentions but does not record a complete roll-call tally of individual votes.

At the end of the session, the WPCA moved to adjourn the special meeting. The motion was seconded and the motion to adjourn passed; at least one member verbally recorded “Aye” in the transcript.

No formal vote was taken on the proposed one-time sanitary sewer impact fee at this meeting; the WPCA asked staff for additional information and said it will schedule a future public hearing and vote.
