Applicant and staff Applicant representative Jennifer Ruspini (1 Bayshore LLC) told the agency she has engaged contractors and will provide contractor-specific construction sequencing and documentation. City staff and the city engineer said they required contractor-level plans before permits are issued so the agency can confirm that proposed protection measures for the adjacent wetlands and an existing concrete seawall are feasible and will be implemented in the field.
