Oak Hills controller Mark reported that September’s net operating income was about $6,000 below budget after expenses exceeded plan by about $41,000 even though revenue ran about $35,000 over budget. Mark said quarterly restaurant rent and utilities allocations have not yet been booked and those adjustments will improve the month’s figures on the books.
