Oak Hills tennis center draws seven RFP responses; two fall tournaments raised funds for Grassroots

“Applications closed on September 30, and we had a meeting last week with the committee. We’ve kind of narrowed it down to about four applicants, which we will then now we’ll have interviews come the November,” Denise Brown said. She described the applicant pool as a mix of corporations, LLCs and sole proprietors.
Brown also summarized recent on-court activity: courts remain open weather permitting, a small fall youth group has been meeting on Wednesdays, and tennis volunteers helped staff the Arthur Goldblatt event. The authority said interviews will be scheduled in November and the tennis-selection committee will report back as that process progresses.
