The McHenry City Council on Oct. 20 passed an ordinance to enter into a development agreement with ADL and Associates to complete Unit 2 of the Oaks at Irish Prairie subdivision, a 66-lot phase of the overall 206-lot development.
Director Palorecki told the council ADL is a contract purchaser and that much of the underground infrastructure already exists; the development agreement covers finishing roads, curbs, gutters and other public infrastructure.
