The petitioner asked to operate a family personal care home with up to six residents; staff reported the home contains five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and that public water is present but public sewer is not. Cruz said the proposal is located in the South Augusta character area and that staff found the proposal compatible with surrounding uses and consistent with the 2023 comprehensive plan.
