MOU and AlphaLoop extension: Council approved a memorandum of understanding with True North 400 and the North Fulton CID for construction and construction management of the AlphaLoop along Lakeview Parkway, and authorized the mayor to execute documents for an amount not to exceed $300,000 to be drawn from the AlphaLoop bond account. Director Sacevich presented the item and said the cost increase — approximately $300,000 — resulted from design changes including removal of a small island and adding a 12-foot-wide sidewalk and relocating an 8-foot sidewalk to the opposite side…
