The city attorney noted the state-level FEMA rules remain under evaluation and staff will pass along updates if they alter local application. The resolution as adopted directs the city to comply with the state law as currently written.
Council voted unanimously on the roll call: Mayor Gibson, Council member Corey, Council member Fullick, Council member Fitzpatrick, Council member Bogaz, and Council member Carr recorded aye votes. The motion carried.
