Votes and outcomes (summary)
- Legal opinion for Motorola lease financing: Motion to appropriate $3,000 to obtain a legal opinion from Quarles & Brady to construct a general obligation note corresponding to the proposed Motorola lease payments. Motion by Marv Thompson; second by Randy Cook. Vote: passed (27 yes, 2 absent). A two‑thirds vote of the full membership was required and met.
