The Board of Appeals continued the hearing on 153 Andover Street to its Nov. 10 meeting after there was no one present to represent the application.
The filing (docket 25-5112) seeks a special permit to allow a contractor's storage yard at 153 Andover Street and to place two storage containers on the property for more than 180 days. The request is made by Interstate Property Management on behalf of owner Preza Abruzzo, LLC. Planning staff noted the matter covers a portion of a larger condominiumized property and that other enforcement matters in the common areas have been addressed recently.
Because no applicant or agent appeared, the board moved to continue the docket to Nov. 10 and asked planning staff to notify the applicant that submitted materials must be received by the department by the distribution deadline.
