Chief Robbins said Hazelwood is a non‑gated community and that the Hallbrook installation has provided leads to identify suspect vehicles, though he did not describe a specific case solved by the device. Councilmembers asked whether other neighborhoods had expressed interest; Robbins said another neighborhood had made inquiries but had not yet requested an agreement.
Kane moved to approve the agreement; Mr. Stunkle seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
