The council also confirmed a slate of board and commission appointments and referred at least one industrial‑park amendment back to the finance committee for additional review.
The most prominent votes were: the two third‑reading zoning ordinances listed on the agenda and the Bolt Solar FILO ordinance. Council held public hearings on the Bolt Solar items before taking final action. The council also voted to enlarge the joint Anderson‑Greenville industrial park by ordinance.
