Capital projects and bidding The borough engineer said the 2025 road program will be advertised to continue work on Monroe; the walking path recommendation around Mario Park was under procurement and the borough will advertise several borough parking lots for repair within the next two weeks. Staff said they will bid the main borough lot as a base bid and list other lots as alternates because current funding will not support completing all lots.
