CHEYENNE, Aug. 19 — The Joint Travel, Recreation, Wildlife & Cultural Resources Committee voted to advance a draft that would redirect a portion of online sports wagering tax revenue to the Wyoming Outdoor Recreation and Tourism Trust Fund (ORTTF).
