"This is for John Trippie at 101 East Ederson Street, the old greenery. He is converting it into a distillery and bar slash restaurant," a staff presenter said during the agenda item.
The council did not discuss detailed parking, fire-safety plan specifics, or timelines for construction in the Aug. 18 hearing. The permit approval record in the meeting indicates the council approved the permit by motion.
