Council approves two OPWC grant applications for sewer and water projects

For the East Mulberry waterline, staff said the city previously helped Bridal Municipal Utilities secure grant funding and that construction is underway with completion expected next fall; the new application would fund an additional phase.
Council voted to suspend the rules and approve both resolutions during the meeting. Voting called in the transcript shows unanimous approval by the councilmembers present.
