Code enforcement officer Jeff Kennedy told the commission the properties — 201 East Stutt, 401 Northcrest, 405 Northcrest, 601 North Sloan, 625 North Nada and 1717 Hamilton — have generated repeated complaints, vandalism, and, in at least one case, fire damage.
