Sunrise Manor advisory board recommends approval of multiple land-use items; elects new chair and vice chair

At its Jan. 16 meeting the Sunrise Manor Town Advisory Board recommended approval of zoning changes, use permits, waivers and a sewer-easement vacation, and elected a new chair and vice chair. Most items were approved "per staff recommendations" and will proceed to the Clark County Board of County Commissioners for final action on scheduled dates.

The Sunrise Manor Town Advisory Board on Jan. 16 took advisory votes on several planning and zoning items and elected new leadership for the advisory board. Most land-use items were recommended for approval by the board with standard staff conditions; the matters will appear on Clark County Commission agendas in late January and early February for final decisions.
