Applicant representative Susan Florian of Titanium Engineering said the site is zoned RS-20 (Residential Single-Family 20) and is proposed for 15 single-family lots with lot sizes ranging from about 20,004 to 22,374 square feet and an average lot size of 20,325 square feet.
