An application to amend development standards and obtain design-review approval for a proposed multifamily development with accessory commercial uses and a proposed monorail station in a PR commercial resort zone was continued to Aug. 12 at the applicant's request.

The applicant requested the continuance; the board granted the extension. No substantive public comment on the item was recorded during the advisory-board hearing. The continuance will allow the applicant additional time to address outstanding staff concerns and return on Aug. 12 for further consideration.
