The Paradise Town Advisory Board on July 29 approved a use permit to allow a massage establishment within the Fashion Show Mall. The development was described as a request to permit the massage use within a portion of a 42.8-acre CR Commercial Resort zone site at Las Vegas Boulevard South and North Spring Mountain Road in Paradise.

The applicant presented the proposal and no members of the public spoke on the item. A board member moved to approve the permit while adding a staff condition requiring a one‑year review; the board approved the motion by voice vote. The board recorded the one‑year review as a condition of the permit.

The advisory-board approval forwards the application for any required county-level processing; the one‑year review will return the matter to county staff or the board for evaluation after one year.
