A legislator introduced a resolution on Sept. 11 that would authorize the Jackson County executive to execute a memorandum of understanding with the Greater Kansas City Building and Trades Council, effective immediately and continuing for up to two years. The Legislature assigned the proposed resolution the number 22035 and referred it to the Public Works committee for consideration.

The resolution was introduced for committee review; details of the MOU’s terms, funding, or implementation timeline were not discussed on the record and remain to be furnished to the committee.
