The Paradise Town Advisory Board voted to recommend approval of a final architectural design review for Capstone Christian Academy’s expansion, saying required off‑site improvements are complete and the school holds a certificate of occupancy.
Craig Lucas, representing the applicant, said all off‑site improvements were finished, the site’s flashers are operational, and the school has received its certificate of occupancy. A board member moved to approve the design review subject to staff conditions; the motion carried by voice vote. The board’s action is a recommendation and will be forwarded to the county planning body for final consideration.
No members of the public spoke on the item during the board hearing. The applicant was told the item will proceed to the county planning process per normal procedure.
