TAB grants second time extension for Valley View distribution center design review

The Enterprise Town Advisory Board on May 14 approved a second time extension request (ET25400047DR220072) for a previously approved distribution center on about 4.3 acres east of Valley View Boulevard, north of Blue Diamond Road.
Marissa Furman, representing the applicant, told the board the project has active building-permit activity for drainage and several building permits but remains delayed by landscaping financing. "We are back again for our second extension of time," Furman said, and she noted permits have been pulled but landscaping financing remains a constraint. Staff recommended approval, and the board voted to grant the extension per staff conditions.
The extension preserves the current approvals while the applicant completes permitting and financing for remaining site work, including landscaping and a lighting plan. No public comment was made on the item.
