Committee forwards annexation of two orphan road segments to full council

The Local Services and Land Use Committee on Sept. 8 approved consent items forwarding two annexations of unincorporated portions of rights-of-way to the full council with a due-pass recommendation. The parcels at issue are near the cities of Enumclaw and Snoqualmie and would transfer ownership and maintenance responsibility for those road segments to the respective cities.

Vice Chair Quinn moved both consent items, and Clerk Stedman recorded a roll-call vote of four ayes and zero nos. By committee vote, the annexations will be forwarded to the full council and placed on the council consent agenda unless removed.
