Hamilton council approves historic-house rules, Green Acres playground grant, dispensary support and consent agenda; first-reading for school-pedestrian easings

The Hamilton Township Council on Feb. 4 approved multiple resolutions and an ordinance introduction affecting historic preservation, parks, redevelopment review and municipal infrastructure.

Isaac Pearson House historic-restoration qualifications — Approved. The council adopted contractor qualification regulations required for exterior restoration work at the Isaac Pearson House (a property on the New Jersey and National Registers of Historic Places).
