SPRING VALLEY, April 29, 2025 — The Spring Valley Town Advisory Board voted to recommend denial of a master plan amendment, zone change to industrial park (IP), vacation of Post Road and related waivers for a 2.45‑acre site at Post and Mohawk after multiple residents objected to losing neighborhood protections and expressed concerns about noise, truck traffic and utility access.
